Growatt, a world-leading provider of distributed solar and energy storage solutions, recently concluded its 2026 Global Immersion Program at its China headquarters. The multi-week initiative focused on cross-regional technical knowledge sharing, product standardization, and strengthening global after-sales support capabilities.

Held in February during the Spring Festival period, the program brought together colleagues from Growatt’s overseas markets for structured training, operational exposure, and direct engagement with headquarters teams. The goal was clear. Strengthen global technical alignment. Improve service response efficiency. Support long-term growth in international markets.

Participants took part in:
- Technical workshops covering new-generation photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems
- Deep dives into product updates, installation standards, and commissioning processes
- After-sales service case studies and troubleshooting simulations
- Cross-functional discussions with R&D, product, and quality management teams

For a company operating across Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa, consistency matters. Customers expect the same product standards and service quality regardless of region. This program created space for open dialogue between overseas teams and headquarters engineers to address real market challenges and align solutions.

A key focus this year was strengthening global after-sales coordination. Teams exchanged field feedback, reviewed complex service cases, and discussed best practices in technical support. By connecting local market experience with headquarters expertise, Growatt aims to improve response speed, technical accuracy, and long-term system reliability for customers worldwide.

The program also included site visits and informal exchange sessions, allowing participants to better understand operational workflows and decision-making processes at headquarters. These interactions were practical and focused. The emphasis remained on improving collaboration efficiency rather than ceremonial activities.

As demand for smart solar inverters, hybrid energy storage systems, and commercial and industrial PV solutions continues to rise, Growatt recognizes that global expansion must be supported by strong technical foundations. Product innovation alone is not enough. Knowledge transfer, unified standards, and responsive service networks are equally critical.

“Global growth requires more than shipping products,” said David Ding, CEO of Growatt. “It requires shared expertise, aligned standards, and strong communication between markets. This program ensures that our global teams move forward together, technically and strategically.”

The 2026 Global Immersion Program concluded with a company gathering at headquarters, marking the end of an intensive learning cycle and the beginning of stronger cross-regional collaboration.

As Growatt continues expanding its presence in distributed solar, balcony PV storage, and commercial energy storage solutions, the company remains committed to building a globally aligned workforce capable of delivering reliable, high-performance renewable energy technologies to customers around the world.

Across regions and time zones, Growatt moves forward with one shared focus. Smart Energy For A Green Future.
