Growatt marked seven years of serving customers and partners in Vietnam with a special anniversary event at Hilton Saigon, where the company introduced its latest residential and commercial energy storage solutions to the Vietnamese solar market.
The event brought together customers, distributors, solar installers, EPC companies and renewable energy professionals to explore new technologies designed to improve solar self-consumption, backup power reliability and intelligent energy management across Vietnam.
Through the launch of its latest hybrid inverters, battery systems and all-in-one commercial and industrial energy storage solutions, Growatt reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the country’s transition towards smarter, cleaner and more resilient energy.
SPM 3000–10000TL-HU2 for Smarter Residential Energy Storage
One of the key products presented at the event was the Growatt SPM 3000–10000TL-HU2, a new-generation single-phase hybrid inverter series covering residential power requirements from 3kW to 10kW.
Designed for homes in Vietnam, the SPM HU2 series helps homeowners increase the consumption of rooftop solar energy, reduce dependence on grid electricity and maintain reliable backup power during outages.
The inverter platform supports a DC/AC ratio of up to 1.6, allowing compatible solar systems to accommodate greater PV capacity and improve solar energy harvesting. It also supports AC-coupled, DC-coupled and retrofit installations, providing flexibility for both new solar projects and upgrades to existing PV systems.
Additional features include compatibility with lithium and lead-acid batteries, generator connectivity, multiple MPPTs, parallel operation, intelligent time-of-use management and UPS-level backup switching in under 10 milliseconds.
The integrated Smart Load function can prioritise essential household appliances while managing non-critical loads according to available solar generation and battery capacity. This helps extend backup duration, reduce unnecessary battery discharge and improve household energy resilience.
WIT 4–25K-HU Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter
Growatt also showcased the WIT 4–25K-HU, a three-phase hybrid inverter developed for larger residential properties, small businesses and light commercial energy storage applications.
The WIT 4–25K-HU supports a DC/AC ratio of up to 1.6, a maximum PV input voltage of 1,000V and a maximum input current of up to 20A per string, making it compatible with modern high-current solar modules.
The system supports both DC-coupled and AC-coupled configurations, low-voltage battery systems and generator input. It can also be scaled for applications of up to 90kW, providing greater flexibility as electricity demand or storage requirements grow.
An IP66 protection rating, AFCI support, MODBUS TCP communication and online monitoring further help improve system reliability, safety and long-term operation in demanding installation environments.
RISE 261H-XH All-in-One C&I Energy Storage Solution
For commercial and industrial energy users in Vietnam, Growatt presented the RISE 261H-XH, including the RISE 261H-2H 125kW/261kWh configuration.
The RISE 261H-XH is a highly integrated all-in-one hybrid energy storage system that combines the battery system, PCS, MPPT, UPS, static transfer switch and energy management system within a pre-assembled cabinet.
Each cabinet offers 261kWh of battery capacity, with inverter power configurations ranging from 50kW to 125kW. Multiple units can be combined to create systems of up to 1.25MW/2.61MWh, supporting larger factories, commercial buildings, industrial facilities and microgrid projects.
With a 2.0 DC/AC ratio, the maximum scalable configuration can support up to approximately 2.5MWp of solar PV capacity. The system also provides fast on-grid and off-grid switching, 100% unbalanced backup load capability, black-start functionality and multi-level fire protection.
The RISE platform supports applications including solar self-consumption, time-of-use energy management, peak shaving, backup power, AC-coupled storage, diesel generator integration and microgrid operation.
Flexible WIT and AXE Solutions for Modular C&I Projects
Growatt also introduced modular WIT and AXE energy storage configurations for commercial projects requiring flexible system design and future expansion.
The AXE 80–261H-2HS-S1 battery platform offers configurable storage capacities from 80kWh to 261kWh per cabinet. Up to four battery cabinets can be connected in parallel, enabling total storage capacity to exceed 1MWh, depending on the selected system architecture.
This modular approach allows businesses to begin with a system suited to their current electricity demand and expand the installation as operational requirements increase.
The anniversary event concluded with strong interest from customers and industry partners in Growatt’s latest solar and battery storage technologies.
